Welcome to Hadleigh Boxford Group Practice

  

Operating from a purpose built Health Centre in Hadleigh and the Mill Surgery, our  branch surgery in Boxford; we provide a comprehensive service of family medicine to 15,000 patients.

All ten Doctors practice from Hadleigh with Drs Cope, Irwin, Lyons, Croot, Everitt and Hill providing appointments at Boxford. Services are mainly based at the Hadleigh Health Centre where we have experienced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Specialists, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants along with many visiting clinicians and out reach clinics.

The Practice is a member of the Ipswich and East Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group www.ipswichandeastsuffolkccg.nhs.uk and we aim to work together with like minded Practices to provide all our patients and visitors a first class service at all times.  We would like to offer you a very warm welcome to our Practice.  Please explore our site for more detailed information on our range of services and how to contact us to access them.

Flu Vaccinations

This year we have two injectable flu vaccinations.  One vaccine for eligible patients under 65 and one vaccine for patients aged 65 and over, called Fluad.

Flu Clinics
  • Saturday 29 September 8.30 - 11.00am at HADLEIGH HEALTH CENTRE (not High School).  Appointment not necessary.
  • From Monday 1 October - daily open access (Monday to Friday) 9.00am - 12.00pm and 2.30pm - 5.30pm.  Appointment not necessary.

If you are due your pneumococcal or shingles vaccination, you will be offered this vaccine when you attend for your flu.

Please note we will not be completing the children's nasal vaccine on Saturday 29th.  All eligible children will receive an invitation.

May we ask you to be mindful when attending the surgery due to parking limitations and walk if you are able to.  Thank you
