I trained at St. Thomas' Hospital and did my GP training in Aberystwyth and in the Snowdonia National Park. I joined the Practice in 1991. I try to combine modern general practice with the best of traditional family medicine. I am also on the local medical committee. My outside interests are my wife and three daughters! I am keen on horse riding initially to keep up with the girls but seem to have caught the bug in a big way and I am never certain whether it is the horses or the girls who cause me more trouble!

I was born and brought up in London, and trained at St Bartholomew's and The Royal London School of Medicine. After graduating, I went down the surgical route, gaining membership to The Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2006, and then specialising in Plastic surgery. However, this was not the life for me and so I retrained as a GP in Ipswich, finishing in 2014. Since then I have had the privilege of working as a locum in many different practices around Ipswich and Colchester, and am thrilled to now be settling down in Hadleigh.
I have a special interest in diabetes and minor surgery. Outside of work I enjoy photography and woodworking, and spending time with my wife and 2 young children.
